Corinne Minotti

Corinne learned the hospitality industry from the ground up working frontline and leadership positions within multiple hotel departments. Corinne is the co-founder of Personalized Destinations, LLC.
Born in Pocono Mountains of Northeast Pennsylvania, she completed her academic training at East Stroudsburg University where she earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Media Technology and Communications.
Corinne's roots in hospitality go deep. While still in high school, Corinne worked part time at a local Holiday Inn where she where she was a housekeeper and front desk clerk. The location had a vibrant local wedding and events business; Corinne grew within this franchised location and eventually became the Director of Event Sales.
The Pocono Mountains where once known as the “Honeymoon Capital of the World.” With its heart-shaped tubs and 2-story champagne glass whirlpools, the area was dotted with mega couples-only and family resorts that drew world-class headliner entertainment and attracted guest from across the Northeast region of the United States.
Corinne accepted a position as the Social Director at the former Penn Hills Resort in Analomink, Pennsylvania. Known affectionally among their guests as “Charmin’ Corinne,” her role included organizing all of the planned guest activities throughout the day and coordinating talent for the evening shows in the nightclub.
After this experience Corinne decided to transition back to her area of education, accepting a role as a Production Assistant with Banyan Productions working on shows like Ambush Makeover.
It wasn’t long before Corinne felt the call back to hospitality, so she moved to the hospitality capital of the world – Central Florida. Corinne accepted a position as a Resort Concierge with a Fortune 100 Entertainment and Hospitality company in the Orlando market. She progressed through positions of increasing leadership responsibility within Front Office operations, where she has spent over 15 years.
Corinne would often think about travelers she encountered in her location who experienced unnecessary challenges created by not being prepared prior to arrival. She is agency's original co-founder and wanted to create a company that treats clients like family.
